Service Expectations & Limitations

Because our platform relies heavily on highly advanced third-party API integrations (such as Google Authentication and remote backend syncing), it is remotely possible that isolated network delays might occasionally mildly pause your save process. However, this is largely immaterial, as our system is explicitly designed to gracefully queue and handle these actions the moment network integrity is restored.

Fair Use & Rate Limiting: To preserve the incredible performance of our AI processing engine and to democratize access for all users, AI document parsing requests are strictly subjected to a mandatory 1-hour cooldown period after every successful upload.

Single-Document Architecture: Currently, Ctrl CV provides strictly structured hosting for exactly one single active resume per user under our free tier. Creating a brand new document via our AI or Blank templates will inherently and permanently overwrite your previously stored data to ensure peak data hygiene.
